George Washington Carver “The Peanut Doctor”
An American born at a time when slavery was prevalent. His passion was agriculture and he used the peanut to produce over 100 products, including makeup, dyes, plastic and gasoline.
He was one of the greatest inventors of his time and a teacher at the Tuskegee Institute.
