Earl’s study Tip
“Remove Distractions”
It can be very difficult to focus these days with so many external stimuli.
It’s ok to turn off your phone or turn on ‘Do Not Disturb Mode’ so that you can give your undivided attention to studying.
The news alerts, phone calls, texts and social media notifications can wait.
You can even use the time you spend checking your phone as a mini-reward.
An example would be, study for one hour, then give yourself 5 minutes of phone time before you dive into your studies again for another hour.
Breaking up your studying in this manner can help long study sessions feel more manageable.
Best wishes and be your own best self!
